Rusty Nail WikiLink Tool respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the tool to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established the following procedures for reporting claims of copyright infringement. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the steps outlined below.
1. Notice of Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content available on the Rusty Nail WikiLink Tool website infringes upon your copyrighted work, you may submit a DMCA notice requesting the removal of the infringing material. The notice must be in writing and include the information specified below.
2. Filing a DMCA Claim
To submit a claim of copyright infringement, please send us a written notice containing the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a list of such works if multiple works are covered by one notification.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the URL or other specific location of the material on our website.

- Your contact information, including your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Removal Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the material claimed to be infringing.
- Notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice.
We will also forward the original DMCA notice to the user who posted the material and take reasonable steps to notify them of the removal.
4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that the content removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error, or that you have the right to use the material under fair use, copyright law, or with permission from the copyright owner, you may submit a counter-notification.
To file a counter-notification, please provide us with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, including the specific URL or location where the material appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your area, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA claim or their agent.
- Your physical or electronic signature (typed is acceptable).
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we will restore the removed material.

5. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. If a user repeatedly submits or posts infringing content, we reserve the right to terminate their access to our services.
